Delivery & Assembly

Thank you for considering our handmade furniture! We want to make your ordering and delivery experience as smooth as possible, so here's some friendly information:

Delivery Time: You'll find the estimated lead times for each product displayed on our product pages. We will keep you informed along the way, and when the time comes, we will be in touch to coordinate a delivery date and time slot.

Delivery Service: We take pride in delivering most of our dining tables ourselves, and guess what? We offer a free assembly service for these orders. However, there are times when we may need to use a third-party courier due to planned routes, remote areas, or customer availability.

​

Delivery Team: Our standard delivery service typically involves a team of two delivery personnel. However, there are instances when it could be a single-person delivery, and especially for larger and heavier items, our drivers might need some assistance during the delivery process.

 

Delivery Instructions: If you have any special requests or instructions regarding your delivery, whether it's about new building directions, parking restrictions, or access to your property, please share them with us. The more info you provide, the better we can assist our driver in delivering your order with a smile! 😄

Assembly: Typically, our tables are delivered with the base and tabletop separate during transit. But don't worry, our skilled driver can put it all together on the spot, unless you prefer otherwise. We've got you covered with screws and a spanner to make it a breeze. 

To help things go smoothly, kindly ensure the assembly area is clear. If there's an old dining table in the way, please move it to make room. This way, our driver can work their magic without any delays. 😊 Remember, if the assembly area isn't ready, our driver won't be able to wait or assemble, so we want to make sure you're all set!

Rescheduling:Life can be unpredictable, and we get that. We’re here to make things as flexible as possible for you. If you’ve experienced delays or need more time to prepare for your delivery, no worries at all – just keep us in the loop. If you've already confirmed a delivery date and find you won't be available, please let us know as soon as possible, at least 24hrs before. We're more than happy to reschedule your delivery, and there won't be any extra charges for doing so.

Missed Delivery: In the event that our driver arrives for a delivery, and there's no one available or no response, we might need to arrange a re-delivery. We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, but to cover the additional logistics involved, there would be a re-delivery fee of £80.

 

Shipping Costs: We currently offer free shipping to the UK only. For Northern Ireland, there's an additional fee of £230, as these orders are sent via a third-party courier. If you live in the highlands or remote areas, please get in touch with us, as this might incur an additional delivery charge.

 

Special Requests: If you have any special delivery details or requests, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to make your furniture shopping experience exceptional.
