What is the lead time?

You'll find the estimated lead times for each product displayed on our product pages. We will keep you informed along the way, and when the time comes, we will be in touch to coordinate a delivery date and time slot.

 

Can I get my order delivered quicker?

We don’t offer express delivery, however if you require faster delivery, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

​Do you have a show room?

Unfortunately we don’t have a showroom, however you are more the welcome to visit our workshop. You’ll be able to see what we’re working on at the moment and all the different wood finishes. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit and ensure we’ll be available to assist you. 

 

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we know choosing the perfect finish can be daunting and how important it Is to get this right. You can order a snippet just to be sure here!

 

How much is delivery?

We currently offer free shipping to mainland UK! 

For Northern Ireland, there's an additional fee of £230, as these orders are sent via a third-party courier. If you live in the highlands or remote areas, please get in touch with us, as this might incur an additional delivery charge.

 

Can you make a size that isn’t listed on your website?

Absolutely, we can create custom sizes for all our products. Just reach out to us for a personalised quote.

 

Can you make bespoke items?

Yes, please feel free to contact us for a customised quote. We love brining your unique ideas to life!

Can you colour match?

We’re delighted to offer a colour match service and were dedicated to ensuring we capture your desired shade. Although all our products are unique and not one will be the exact same due to wood grains and types.

 

​Do you do different steel colours?

Yes, we can do any RAL colour!

Do you do extendable tables?

Yes, we have some extendable tables available to order. If the one you are looking for is not here please contact us. 

Do you have any items in stock?

All our dining furniture is handmade for you upon order, we don’t hold any stock. However, for seating and outdoor furniture you can contact us to check stock levels.

Will my items arrive fully assembled?

Typically, our tables are delivered with the base and tabletop separate during transit. But don't worry, our skilled driver can put it all together on the spot. Unless you prefer otherwise, we've got you covered with screws and a spanner to make it a breeze. Find out more here.

What aftercare do you advise?

To keep your product looking its best, clean with warm soapy water and a damp cloth, no harsh chemicals. We send full aftercare advice with every order.

Do you accept returns?

As all of our products are specially crafted just for you, unfortunately, we can't accept returns. Find out more here.
