Do you have any items in stock?

No, all our products are made to order.

Can I pay extra to have my order delivered quicker than the specified lead times?

We don’t offer express delivery, all our products are made to order and our lead times are approximate.

  

Can you make a size that isn’t listed on your website?

Yes, we can make all our products in bespoke sizes, please contact for a quote.

Can you make bespoke items?

Yes, please contact us for a quote.

Is the furniture suitable for outdoor use?

All our dining sets are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Can you colour match?

All our products are unique and not one will be exactly the same, we will try our best to match your required colour but it is not always possible. 

What aftercare do you advise?

We advise oiling your furniture with Osmo Natural Oil at least once a year. For outdoor furniture we recommend covering when not in use and putting away during the winter months.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to the UK only at the moment, if you live in the highlands remote areas or Northern Ireland please contact to confirm.

Will my items arrive fully assembled?

All dining tables will be delivered un-assembled, steel legs and table tops separate. These are easily assembled, steel legs screw into table top.

Do you accept returns?

As all our products are made to order we cannot accept returns.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, after this time we cannot cancel as we will have started to process your order.
