As all our products are made to order we cannot accept returns.
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, after this time we cannot accept any cancellations as we will have started to process your order. If you would like to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate this.
Please check all products on delivery and report any concerns within 24 hours.
Locally sourced seating including dining chairs and bar stools can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied. We will issue a full refund providing the item is unused and in a resaleable condition.
